    Description

1937 Ideal BETSY WETSY doll AD coupon
This listing is for an exact black and white REPRODUCTION of the original advertisement coupon for the Ideal doll company's 1937 BETSY WETSY dolls.  These dolls could be received for subscriptions to the Better Homes and Gardens Magazine.     If you have these dolls this is a good replacement for the original ad.    This ad lists all the accessories that came in the trunk with Betsy.  The trunk was called an airplane valise and was covered with travel labels.   She was advertised as a "Stunning little darling made of life-like rubber" and she could be bathed, fed and changed.   This ad  is approximately 5 x 7 inches in size and printed on quality acid free paper.     NOTE:   The EBAY enlarging feature blurs my photo.    This is a great reference item for your doll collection.
