2 Obsolete Issue 1950s Canadian RCMP Police Canvas Back Version Shoulder Patches

Please note that these are OLD - TOTALLY OBSOLETE and do not resemble any insignia used in the last 60 years - they date to the 1950's!!
From my 40 + year old police collection - a nice 1st vintage ORIGINAL 1950's - matched shoulder insignia set to the M Police.  This is the very early type with a grey colour canvas type backing (not the later twill backing).  This is similar to the backing on the WW2 and WW1 Canadian Army shoulder patches.  Size is 4" long x 1 3/4" tall.
These style were worn on tunics and jackets (not shirts) so even though they are uniform take offs they are in still very nice condition and are not faded or washed out.
Dark blue (almost black) soft worsted wool fabric with gold sewn lettering in English only.
These type canvas backed ones are very hard to find these days in any condition with the twill backed ones being more commonly found of this English only style.
