All Hess Mini’s are new in the box.
The factory pre-installed batteries have a tendency to leak over time. Therefore, we remove all batteries years ago to prevent any damage that could be caused due to the battery leaking.
All Hess Mini’s were inspected tested and all lights are in working order.
Also, I have discounts if you want to purchase more than one mini for that year.
I will also extend that offer if you want to purchase another mini from another year.
For example if you purchase a 1999 mini and want to purchase a 2000 I will give you the discount for the two mini purchased, three mini purchased for the 3 mini discount and so on.
