Deep salmon ruffle bowl, Victorian to early Edwardian. Mint condition with no chips

Silver stand. 4.5 H x 8 wide foot to foot.
Salmon bowl 9.5 x 3 H
inside diameter of stand for bowl.  4.25, anything a little less will fit but not a hair more because it's exactly 4.25
