Piece measures 5" tall and approximately 8.5" from handle end to handle end and weighs 1lb 10oz. The metalwork is beautifully intricate. Handles are secure. There is one small area where metalwork is dented, whose repair I would trust to a professional, if even desired. It's not really noticeable unless you feel it.
