Antique SilverPlate Bride's Basket/Vase - Victorian Ornate - Very Old

10" Wide by 7" Tall (not counting handle) Antique Wedding/Flower Vase/Basket.  Could find no mfg. marketing but the owner of the piece's name and social security # are etched.  This piece is very old; sturdy but does show wear.
