Antique Victorian Art Deco Bangle Bracelet with Blue Stone Gold Colored vtg

This is a really pretty antique bangle bracelet from a local estate. It is a gold color with a faceted, rectangular-shaped, blue stone on the top. The stone is a pretty color, like a
sapphire
(periwinkle?) I don't see any markings. I don't know what the metal is. I don't think it's gold filled or plated. It's 1/2" wide. It's not small (circumference = 7.5"). It does not have a hinge; it slides on over your hand. It has a tiny bit of tarnish.
