Antique Victorian Brides Basket Cranberry Yellow Vaseline Silvercrest Webb?

Description

Antique Bride's Bowl with silver basket holder.  This is a stunning piece of glass with the clear to cranberry and trimmed with the yellow crimp edge and edge around the middle of the bowl.  I believe the metal is coin silver as when I first dipped it to clean it there was a yellowish appearance and I had to use cream cleaner to get it to shine.  It has no maker marks and no silver marks.  The basket is small and the holder is 6 1/2" tall and 6" wide at the widest point.  The bowl measures 6" across at the widest points and is just over 4" across from flat side to flat side.  It measures approximately 3 1/4" tall at the highest point.
I do not find any cracks, chips or repairs.
