The Cedar Impressions Single 7 Inch Straight Edge Perfection Shingle Siding is composed of a high-quality modified polypropylene copolymer that is shaped with TrueTexture technology to mimic the look of fresh sawn wood. TrueTexture uses a direct transfer system from real cedar shingles for a more natural woodgrain finish style. Some shingle colors include the Ageless Cedar Color Blends technology which has characteristics of Eastern White Cedar and Western Red Cedar at different stages in life. There are 16 different Ageless Cedar Color Blends or solid color options for the Single 7 Inch shingle, and they include the highest color fade protection anywhere. The panel itself is equipped with the SureStop recessed nailing area, HammerTapper assist pads, EasyMeasure tape measure, and PanelThermometer patented thermometer and temperature lines to ensure accurate installation. Perfection shingles have fastener/nail indicators and engineered drainage holes for extra help during installation and protection after.
