Hard enamel on gold colored metal. The pin is rare, retired, sold out & hard to find. This is PinPics #29703.
Pin Measurements Approximate:  1 3/4" diameter
Pin is in new condition on the original decorative event card. Has never been on display and has been stored on the original card since I obtained  it myself at the event in 2004.
Comes from a smoke-free home.
