    Description

German made Argentine M1891 Bayonet with Scabbard.  Bayonet measures 20.5" overall with a blade length of 15.5".  Most of the Argentine marking crest were removed prior to being exported by the Argentine Gov't.  This one still shows the first two serial numbers of "E3" on the ricasso.  The scabbard serial number is "E3923" which leads me to believe these are matching serial numbers. Opposite side marked, with Weyersberg Solingen markings. Blade is excellent, excellent working press-stud ejector,  Scabbard looks great, but there are two rust spots on the back by the point end, and some light spots on the front. Much original finish, over 90%.   Great looking silver alloy ribbed grips.  See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
