I believe this is the second pattern from what I have read and been told. It has all the markings of the 1st pattern snd 2nd pattern. Please see last picture Spine has A star a proof markCross piece has G and subscript x
There is an RA on pommel but not on ball finial.
And D with x insideOver circle with + inside on scabbard
The serial numbers are matchingA few dings on walnut handle.
This is a fine early HTF specimen.
