This Elvaria 717TW Through Wall Soft Serve Ice Cream / Frozen Yogurt Machine easy to use and adjust. Like two through-wall frozen yogurt and soft serve ice cream machines in one! Inside the modern through-wall frame of the Elvaria 717TW, you'll find two motors, two microcontrollers, two belt drives, and two compressors. Redundant systems let you operate each freezing cylinder independently, keeping the machine operating even when cleaning or changing flavors in one cylinder. Independent microcontrollers provide precise controls over product, enabling two different product experiences with different freezing requirements. The 717TW makes delicious frozen yogurt, gelato, soft serve ice cream, sorbets and Italian ice. Three handles, two flavors, and one twist combination. The 717TW comes standard with a full stainless steel mirrored finish enclosure and Elvaria's exclusive through-wall design. The 717TW boasts dual motors, dual compressors, and dual control panels for independent freezing cylinder operation. Nighttime mode allows keeping product overnight resulting in energy and product. The 717TW features low temperature dual 1.5HP Tecumseh Compressors, providing super reliability and low temperature ability to -49 F. Two auxiliary compressors maintain hopper mix temperatures under 41 F. The 717TW includes two 10.5 quart Hoppers and solid-state low level mix sensors to alert the operator when you need to add more mix to the hopper. We include an override switch to shut off the audible alarm. Magnetic agitators keep your product mixes at the right consistency. The 717TW boasts two stainless steel 1.8-quart capacity freezing cylinders. All digital displays and microprocessor controls provide immediate insight into machine operations and an easy to use interface for changing configuration settings. Includes independent controls for each cylinder (two panels), a draw counter allows viewing of servings used, fine adjustments for off cycle mix frequency, and Precise adjustment of blending speeds.
