6. Dual Control system - Each side of the machine can be controlled and run separately as well as set to different temperatures allowing different mix with different freezing  points (ie Custard on one side and Frozen Yogurt on the other)
7. Auto Return handles- Handles are automatically returned to the off position which prevents spillage and mess
8. Continuous discharging ensures consistent and constant product even during the peak hours.
