Rare Antique Art Deco Blue Bracelet

This one of a kind, handcrafted bracelet is so beautiful! Beautiful blue and clear chain links. It is stunning piece for sure. I think the blue stone is Lapis Lazuli but I am not quite sure. With lucite clear chain links as well. Soft pace accents between each link with a easy closure. Measures about 7 1/4 inches. No markings I can see.
