    VERY RARE PATCH
    from
    Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPT. in the Philippines.
    The EMBROIDERED PATCH was not finished, the CREED / MOTO is
    "PROTECT & PRESERVE TO PROSPE(R)".
    The R was never sewn in.
    The SBMA was created at the time of the closing of the
    SUBIC NAVAL BASE
    in the Phillippines. The original Motto was
    PROTECT & PRESERVE THE BASE TO PROSPER.
    The patch measures approx. 4 inches by 4 1/2 inches / Very Good Condition /
    Unbacked Sew-on Type
