The ss100 is ideal for self-serve frozen yogurt locations. FORTE is the parent company of Spaceman. This machine is extremely efficient in terms of electric consumption and heat output. The cylinder size allows for a high hourly production with only one motor and main compressor. There is a second auxiliary compressor used to keep the product refrigerated whether the machine is in auto production mode, off, or sleeping.
