You can use this freezer to make frozen drinks, cocktails, smoothies, and shakes. To make using this unit easy, it has one selector switch with auto/off/clean options. The refrigeration system is made to tolerate high ambient temperatures, allowing you to make many drinks throughout the day.
For consistency in your products, there is a slush defrost cycle and an on-demand defrost. The Stoelting F112-38 soft-serve freezer has a low-mix warning light to alert you to add more product.
