The two hoppers allow you to serve two separate soft serve flavors or an equal combination of both in a twist.
Freezing Cylinder 3.4 quart x2. Mix Hopper 14 quart x2. Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF during Auto and Standby modes.
Indicator Lights Mix Low light and audible alarm alerts operator to add mix when low. Electronic Controls SoftechTM is Taylor's exclusive microprocessor based master control that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
Standby During long periods of no-use, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder so the product does not have to be removed constantly.
