used cubicles, w/ normal wear & tear, have a lot of life left, overall in FAIR working condition
They will need a little bit of TLC (Tender Loving Care) with glue/sprays/cleaners

Our room allowed us to only have 4 sections installed in a 4 ft tall  x 8 ft wide (1 corner 3ft , one extended section 5ft) each cubicle
