Victorian Ornate Brass Bracelet with a tiny painting in the center. The bracelet has a slide metal insert that snaps closed. It’s either Art Nouveau or Art Deco… 1900 - 1920. Has pretty Victorian lines in front as well as intricate vermeil design on the back. There are a few dark spots near the closure and no other issues.
