Vintage 1940's Chalkware Bulldog Carnival Prize

Description

Vintage 1940's chalkware carnival prize Bulldog.
Has you can see, the base was painted and he is missing the outer layer of chalk on his head.
I believe you could do a light sanding to smooth this area out then paint him.
Measures 5 by 3.75 inches and is 5 inches tall.
