Vintage Carmen gold filled sweetheart expandable stretch bracelet in box

Vintage Carmen gold filled sweetheart expandable stretch bangle bracelet in original box, the bracelet shows some wear but it is still in good condition, the box looks really old and i do not know how old this bracelet really is, it is small for a small wrist even if does expand i think it will only fit a wrist size 6ish
