C9 Factory New – Same condition as mint but with evidence of factory rubs or slight signs of handling, shipping, and being test run at the factory.
1999 Hess Mini Fire Truck:
The 2nd in the Hess Miniature series, the 1999 Miniature Hess Truck is a Fire Truck.
This scaled down replica of the 1986 Hess fire truck features real working head lights and taillights and a telescoping ladder.
The 1999 Mini Hess Truck sits on an attractive display base and fresh from factory case.
