Vintage Large 15" Punch Bowl with stand & 10 cups Colonial 300 Pattern Hersey?

Stunning Large (Heisey? Indiana glass?) 15" Punch Bowl with stand & 10 cups Colonial 300 Pattern.
This belonged to my mother and she had it for many years. It looks like the Colonial pattern, but I can’t find any marking on the cups or punch bowl. The item is used. I will try to include pictures of any flaws that I find. There is wear and scratches from the ladle. Including the ladle with the item. The seam on most of the cups on the handle where your thumb would go is rough.
