    Display your most popular cold foods while keeping them at the ideal temperature with the Vollrath 36419 modular two pan drop in refrigerated frost top! This frost top features a spacious 20-3/4" x 18-3/4" display area and a 1/4 hp compressor so you can display large quantities of food while ensuring it stays cold. The top is made of stainless steel with a 3/8" overhang and drip trough so that it can sit flush with your countertop while also keeping it free of runoff. The polystyrene insulation around the bottom-mount cooling coils helps direct the chill to the display area with minimal energy loss, and the suspended condensing unit requires just two air circulation openings for optimal performance. For convenience, a small on/off switch is mounted on the side of the compressor housing, and thanks to the included positioning clips, installation is a snap.
