    Description

    Zaire #1550 mint never hinged stamp. This stamp has ink on the front and back. Whomever overprinted this did not do a very good job. Scott's 2023 catalogue value is .25. On this lot, I have or have had more than one of these and have used the same picture on all the lots. I only charge postage once per order, no extra per item charge. I usually ship the next day, sometimes 2 and very rarely more.
